    2 cinnamon and raisin English muffins
    Brie cheese
    2 tablespoons chopped pecans

    Recipe



    Top toasted English muffin halves with ripe Brie cheese. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Broil until bubbly.

    Blueberry, apple or oatmeal-cinnamon muffins also can be used, and almonds can be substituted for pecans.
