    List of Ingredients




    2 teaspoons active dry yeast
    2 3/4 cups bread flour
    3/4 cup soy flour
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup butter, cut up
    3 large eggs
    1/3 cup water
    2 tablespoons soymilk

    Recipe



    Place yeast, bread flour, soy flour, sugar, salt, butter, eggs and water in 1 1/2-pound loaf bread machine pan according to manufacturer`s instructions. Select Dough cycle; press Start. Remove dough from pan when cycle is complete. Shape rolls as desired on greased baking sheet. Cover; let rise in warm, draft-free place 20 to 30 minutes or until almost doubled in size. Brush soymilk on tops of risen rolls. Bake in 375º F oven 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
