Casserole: The Lookouts Egg Casserole

List of Ingredients

Sprinkle in he bottom of an 8x8" casserole:

1 cup grated cheese

1 tablespoon instant onion

2 or 3 slices crumbled bacon or ham pieces

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Beat together and pour over:

3 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

3/4 cup biscuit mix

1/4 teaspoon dried mustard

1/4 cup melted margarine




Recipe

Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.


Great served with salsa.
