    List of Ingredients




    1- 6 ounce package herbed croutons

    12 ounces mushrooms, sliced and sauteed in butter

    1 pound cooked ham, cubed

    3 cups shredded cheddar Cheese

    12 eggs

    1 - 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup

    1/3 cup of vermouth

    1/2 cup light cream


    Recipe



    Grease a 10 x 18 inch glass baking dish. Layer the croutons, mushrooms, ham and cheese in the prepared dish.

    In a large bowl combine the eggs, soup, vermouth, and cream. Mix well.

    Pour over the layered ingredients and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.

    Remove from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Bake uncovered in a 375 degree F. oven for 1 hour.
