Brownies: Zucchini Cocoa Brownies

2 C. grated zucchini
1/2 C. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 C. oil
2 C. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 C. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 C. cocoa
1 egg, beaten
Recipe
Combine zucchini, nuts, vanilla extract, oil and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan at 350ºF for 40 minutes. Frost while hot.
Chocolate Icing
1/3 C. margarine, melted
2 squares chocolate
1 1/2 C. confectioners' sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
While brownies are in oven, put margarine, chocolate and egg in double boiler over low heat and stir until melted. Add vanilla extract and sugar and mix well, while still over hot water. Spread on brownies while still hot.
