List of Ingredients




1 quart corn (freshly scraped)
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cups bread crumbs, fine
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon scallions, minced

Recipe



Preheat oven to 325 degress F.

Combine the corn, cream, eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Blend well.

Pour into a buttered casserole.

In a separate bowl, toss bread crumbs, Parmesan Cheese, melted butter, paprika, scallions and parsley.

Sprinkle over the corn mixture.

Bake until the top is crunchy and golden.
