Cheesecake:
2 Pkgs. Crescent Rolls
2 8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Egg Yolk
1 C. Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 Egg White Beaten
Topping:
1/4 C. Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Chopped Nuts (walnuts) Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place 1 Pkg. Crescent Rolls For Bottom Crust In 9 X 13 Pan. Do Not Bake Yet... Mix Cream Cheese, Egg Yolk, 1 C. Sugar And Vanilla, Spread Over Crescent Rolls. Place Other Pkg. Of Crescent Rolls Over Filling, Brush Top With Beaten Egg White. Sprinkle With Sugar And Cinnamon. Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 Minutes Or Until Golden Brown.
