    Chocolate Decadence Cheesecake

    8 1-ounce squares unsweetened chocolate
    2 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    4 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1-1/2 cups sour cream
    Whipped Cream Topping (below)

    Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.

    In top of a double boiler, over simmering water, melt chocolate. Let cool.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until blended. Add eggs and vanilla; beat until smooth. Blend in chocolate and sour cream. Pour into prepared springform pan.

    Bake for 35 minutes or until outer edge is set. Turn off the oven; prop the door open and let the cheesecake stand in the oven for 1 hour longer. Chill.

    WHIPPED CREAM TOPPING---

    1/2 cup heavy cream
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1 tablespoon coffee liqueur
    Chocolate Curls

    In a small bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form and beat in sugar, sour cream and liqueur. Spoon in a ring around the top of the cheesecake and sprinkle with chocolate curls.
