    Chocolate Lovers Cheesecake II

    List of Ingredients

    1-1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs
    6 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

    1-1/2 cups sugar
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    4 eggs
    4 1-ounce squares semisweet chocolate, melted
    1/4 cup milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 1-ounce square semisweet chocolate
    1 teaspoon butter or margarine

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.

    In a medium bowl, combine wafer crumbs and melted butter; mix well. Press firmly on bottom and 1-3/4 inches up sides of prepared springform; set aside.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add sugar, flour, and salt; beat until blended. Add eggs; beat until just combined. Stir in the melted chocolate, milk, and vanilla until combined. Pour into prepared crust.

    Bake for 60 minutes or until center appears set. Remove from oven; let stand for 15 minutes. Loosen sides of pan. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.

    In a small saucepan, combine chocolate and butter; heat until melted and smooth. Drizzle in lattice design on top of the cheesecake. Chill until chocolate is set.
