    1-1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    1 8-ounce package cream cheese,
    softened
    1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1 8-ounce container sour cream
    1 21-ounce can cherry pie filling

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.

    In a medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter; mix thoroughly. Press on bottom of prepared springform pan.

    In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in condensed milk until well blended and smooth. Add eggs and lemon juice; mix well. Pour into prepared springform pan.

    Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center appears set. Top with sour cream. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Chill for at least 2 hours before servings. Top with cherry pie filling.

    YIELD: 10 Servings
