    Frangelico Cheesecake

    4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened

    3 eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup frangelico
    1 9-inch graham cracker crust

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and frangelico; beat until smooth and well blended. Pour into prepared cracker crust.

    Bake 40 to 50 minutes or until center is just set. Cool to room temperature. Chill at least 3 hours before serving.

    SERVES 6 - 8
