    Holiday Eggnog Cheesecake

    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 cup cold water
    1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup eggnog
    1 cup heavy cream, whipped

    Recipe



    Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.

    In a medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, sugar, nutmeg, and butter; mix well. Press onto the bottom of prepared springform pan.

    In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in water; heat until gelatin is dissolved.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar; beat until well blended. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture and eggnog until blended. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust. Chill for at least 4 hour until firm.

    Serves 10
