    Milk Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    2 lbs. cream cheese
    20 Lindt truffles(flavor of your choice)

    Recipe



    Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 c. sugar, and melted butter. press into bottom of a 9" springform pan. Combine remaining sugar and all other ingredients except truffles in a food processor until smooth. pour into crust.


    Unwrap and drop truffles into batter evenly around pan. Bake for 45 min. at 325 or until a nice lightly browned top appears. Refrigerate for 4 hrs. or overnight. Top with some additional sweetend sour cream. Enjoy!!!
