    1 cup graham cracker crumbs
    3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1/2 cup sour cream
    4 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
    4 eggs
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
    1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 cup sugar
    1 8-ounce carton sour cream
    2 tablespoons sugar

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.

    In a medium bowl, combine cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press onto the bottom of prepared springform pan.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, and sour cream; add cream cheese, beating thoroughly. Beat in eggs, lemon juice, lemon rind, vanilla, and sugar. Pour over the cracker crust.

    Bake for 5 minutes; reduce oven temperature to 300°F. and bake for 45 minutes. Turn the oven off; cool cheesecake in oven for 30 minutes.

    In a small bowl, blend sour cream and sugar; spread over the top of the cheesecake. Return to oven until set. Chill before serving.
