    Balls: Mocha Pecan Balls

    1 (18-ounce) roll Pillsbury Refrigerated Sugar Cookies
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
    1 tablespoon instant espresso granules
    1 cup finely chopped pecans
    48 Hershey's Kisses
    3/4 cup powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Break up cookie dough into large bowl. Add cocoa, espresso granules and pecans; mix well.

    Shape dough into 48 (1-inch) balls; wrap each around 1 milk chocolate candy. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

    Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Immediately remove from cookie sheets. Cool slightly.

    Roll cookies in powdered sugar. Cool completely. Reroll cookies in powdered sugar. Store in tightly covered container.

    Prep Time: 1 hour 10 minutes

    Makes 4 dozen cookies.
