    Spritz: Coconut Spritz Cookies

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup butter
    2 cups sugar
    1 cup ground coconut
    3 cups flour
    2 eggs
    ¾ to 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Recipe

    Mix well and put through cookie press. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375°
