Lemonade Cookies

List of Ingredients




1 c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
3 c. Flour
1 tsp. Soda
6 oz. can Lemonade, thawed, undiluted


Recipe



pRE-HEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGREES.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour and soda; stir in butter mixture alternately with 1/2 lemonade concentrate.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes or just until edges of cookies are lightly browned.

Remove from oven and brush each cookie lightly with reserved lemonade and sprinkle each with sugar.

Cool on wire rack.

YIELD: 6-7 dozen
