Balls: Molasses Butter Balls

List of Ingredients

1 cup butter
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 & 1/4 cup flour
2 cup. finely chopped pecans




Recipe

Preheat oven to 375.

In a large mixing bowl beat butter until soft. Add brown sugar and molasses and beat until fluffy. Add flour and beat until well blended. Stir in pecans.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet, 2 inches apart.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes.

Roll in confectionary sugar while still hot.

Makes approx. 4 & 1/2 doz.
