PB: Ritz Peanut Butter Cookies

"I have a recipe I wanted to contributed to the group. When I was a child a school teacher use to make cookie in the class once a week. Recently I was doing some cleaning and found one of her recipes, and wanted to share."
List of Ingredients
1 Box of Ritz crackers
1 jar of creamy peanut butter
1 bag of white chocolate (coating or melting chocolate)
Recipe
1. Spread peanut butter between two Ritz crackers.
2. Melt the chocolate until smooth and creamy.
3. Dip each crackers into the melted chocolate, until the entire cracker is covered in the chocolate.
4. Allow the crackers to cool on a cookie sheet.
