    Dessert: Cranberry Apple Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 - 9" pie crust (preferably low fat)
    6 apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 1/2 cup cranberries
    3 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 teaspoons ground cinnamon

    Recipe

    Combine all ingredients and place in the pie shell.
    Loosely cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake for 50 minutes at 400 degrees F (removing aluminum foil for the last 15 minutes).

    YIELD: 8 Servings
    Per Serving:

    170 calories
    30 g carbohydrate
    1 g protein
    3 g fiber
    5 g fat (this will be less if you use a low-fat/non-fat pie crust)
