    Asian: Chinese Meat Balls

    1 pound Ground beef
    1/2 pound Cabbage, finely grated
    2 medium Onions, finely grated
    1/4 teaspoon Ginger
    2 teaspoons Soy sauce
    1/2 teaspoons Salt
    2 tablespoons Oil
    1/2 cup Water
    1 teaspoon Soy sauce

    Recipe



    Combine meat, cabbage, onions, ginger, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and salt. Shape into balls. Heat Cooker, add oil, brown meat balls on all sides. Add water and 1 teaspoon soy sauce. Close cover securely. Cook 5 minutes. Cool Cooker at once. If desired, thicken gravy with cornstarch dissolved in water.


    Makes 4 Servings
