Brazilian: Vinaigrette Sauce

List of Ingredients
2 tomatoes, diced
2 red bell peppers, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
2 yellow bell peppers, diced
1 white onion, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups white vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce to tasteRecipe
Combine vegetables in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine oil and vinegar. Mix well and pour over vegetables. Add seasonings as desired. Serve over pork or beef.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
