Carribean: Carribean Stir Fry

List of Ingredients
4 oz of zuccini
4 oz of squash
4 oz of mushrooms
4 oz of broccoli
3oz of red onion
5 leaves of spinach
24 shrimp
20 scallops
4 oz pineapple
3 oz cherries marinated in habanero
4 cups of white rice
chili oil
8 oz of pinnapple juice
5 oz of habanero pepper sauceRecipe
Saute' the vegetables (except spinach)and scallops in chili oil and habanero sauce.
Cook until veggies are starting to get limp, then add the shrimp, and pinnapple juice then cook down until shrimp is done and sauce is not thick, but it is thicker than pinnapple juice(sorry about that you will be able to tell I swear).
Pour over white rice and you're done. Garnish with spinach.
