List of Ingredients
1/2 pound pot roast
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups diced carrots
4 cups diced potatoes
1 cup sliced onions
salt and pepper
Recipe
Put meat in water to cover. Add salt and cook until half done.
Add carrots, cover and cook 1/2 hour more. Add potatoes and onions and cook til potatoes are done.
Remove meat to platter and slightly mash the vegetables. Arrange around meat and serve. There should be little liquid left.
