This is used with pork or chicken as a sauce.
List of Ingredients
1/2 pound dried hulled pumpkin seeds
1 cup cilantro leaves
1 whole avocado
1/3 pound canned green tomatillos and their juice
1/2 head of lettuce
4 to 8 green serano peppers, depending on your tolerance
Salt to taste
Recipe
n food processor, blend all ingredients and pour into a pan hot with olive oil. Stir and let cook 15 minutes. Pour over your choice of pork or chicken, cooked apart.
YIELD: 5-6 Servings
