1 cup cooked wild rice
1/4 cup corn meal
2 cup buttermilk
1 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
Recipe
Combine ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
