Recipe Introduction
"You all are missing out on the most DELIGHTFUL, fatening and tasty treat in the entire gosh dang world! Here in Michigan there is a very large polish population, specially in the Detroit Area. Every Fat Tuesday millions of paczki's are sold becaes in this little doughnut there is alcohol, sugar and 40! Yes 40! grams of fat! They are delicious! Usually filled with custard (my fave) or jelly! and they are fried! I should note that this was sparked by the mardi-gras post. I will copy this to the recipe board." Here's an recipe I got from a friend:

Paczki should be very dark color before turning to ensure that they are thoroughly baked.
Drain on soft absorbent paper.
