List of Ingredients

1 package of tortillas
1 small can enchilada sauce
1 lb. ground beef
2 cups shredded cheese
1 can refried beans



Recipe

1. Brown ground beef and drain.
2. Spray the bottom of a round casserole dish with non stick spray.
3. Layer as follows: tortilla, refried beens, ground beef, enchilada sauce, cheese.
4.Now repeat until you are out of room and be sure to end with some tortillas. Cover it with a layer of sauce and cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
6. Enjoy!


YIELD: 4 Servings
