    Cheese: Sargento Beer Cheese Fondue

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups (8 ounces) of Sargento Fancy Sharp Cheddar Shredded cheese
    2 cups (8 ounces) of Sargento Fancy Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
    1 1/4 cups 95 ounces ) of Sargento Fancy Swiss Shredded cheese
    3/4 cup of beer
    1 teaspoon of hot sauce
    1 loaf French bread, cut into large cubes


    Recipe

    Pour beer into fondue pot, bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to low, add cheese, stir constantly 2 minutes or until cheese is melted, stir in hot sauce.
    Place fondue pot over low flame, use skewers for dipping bread cubes into fondue.

    Makes 8 servings.
