1 15-oz. can peach halves
1 15-oz. can pineapple slices
1 15-oz. can pear halves
1/4 cup maraschino cherries
1/3 cup butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
4 tsp. curry powder (or to taste)
Recipe
Drain fruit and pat dry with towels. Arrange in 1 qt. casserole. Mix butter, sugar and curry powder and pour over fruit. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Reheat before serving, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can be made day ahead and reheated.
