    Boardwalk Creamy Mocha Fudge

    1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee granules
    1 1/2 tbsp hot water
    3 cups (18 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
    1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    1/4 cup pecans, chopped

    Recipe



    Dissolve coffee granules in hot water in a large saucepan; add semi-sweet chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until choc-chips melt.

    Spread into a lightly buttered 8-inch square baking pan or dish; sprinkle evenly with 1/4 cup chopped pecans. Gently press pecans into fudge.

    Chill until firm. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

    YIELD: 2 lbs.
