    List of Ingredients

    2 cups chopped nuts
    1/2 pound butter
    3 pkgs. chocolate bits (12 oz. packages)
    3 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 1/2 cups white sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk

    Recipe

    Butter a cookie sheet with sides. o Combine nuts, butter, chocolate and vanilla in a mixing bowl; set aside.

    Combine sugar and milk in a large saucepan, bring to a rolling boil over medium heat and cook six minutes, stirring constantly.

    Pour the hot mixture over the ingredients in the bowl and stir until chocolate is melted, then pour it into the prepared pan. Let cool to room temperature, then slice into squares.

    YIELD: 5 Pounds
