If you prefer, there are many dry rubs with the same flavor inspiration as this dry rub,just add some fresh rosemary to the mix and you are good to go.
List of Ingredients
1 2-3 pound pork roast
1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary
3 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 Tablespoon bourbon
Recipe
Mix rub ingredients together to form a moist paste. Rub over the roast, grill over medium low heat (40 minutes or so) until desired temperature is reached.
