    Grilling a Turkey Breast

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups hickory chips, soaked at least 30 minutes
    - vegetable oil spray
    1 turkey breast (5 to 6 lbs.)

    Recipe



    1. Prepare covered grill for indirect heat and when coals are ready, scatter soaked hickory chips over hot coals.

    2. On grill rack, sprayed with vegetable oil, place breast and grill for 1-1/2 hours or until meat thermometer, inserted in thickest portion away from bone, registers 170 to 175 degrees F.

    3. Remove breast from grill and cool 1 hour in refrigerator. Remove and discard skin.
