    Halloween: Hearty Halloween Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb ground turkey
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup celery, diced
    2 each garlic cloves, diced
    6 cups water
    1 each bouillon, beef or chicken cubes
    1 cup red potatoes, diced
    1 each bay leaf
    1/8 tsp basil
    2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp thyme
    6 each tomatoes, diced
    1 cup turkey gravy
    2 cups vermicelli pasta

    Recipe



    Place everything except vermicelli in the kettle and simmer 1 hour. Add vermicelli and simmer until cooked.

    SERVES 6
