    Holiday: Ham Glaze

    List of Ingredients

    1 cup light or dark corn syrup
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    3 Tbls. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    Dash ground cloves

    Recipe

    In a medium saucepan combine syrup, brown sugar, mustard, ginger and cloves.

    Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Brush on ham frequently during last 30 minutes of baking.
