    St. Patrick's Day: Tipperary Fruit Compote

    List of Ingredients

    6 cups fresh fruit, cut into bite-sized pieces *
    1/3 cup Irish Mist Liqueur
    3 tablespoons lemon juice

    Recipe

    * Try strawberries, blueberries, red and green apples, pears--basically harder fruits. After you put in the sauce, you could toss in raspberries and blackberries if desired.

    Arrange fruit in a clear glass bowl.

    Combine Irish Mist with lemon juice and drizzle over the fruit.

    Stir gently to combine and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.
