    Thanksgiving: Jello Mold

    List of Ingredients

    Layer 1:
    1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (3 ounce) pkg. lemon Jello
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain juice and set aside. Add enough water to juice to make 3/4 cup
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tablespoons powdered sugar
    3/4 cup canned milk



    Layer 2:
    1 (6 ounce) pkg. cherry Jello
    1 can blueberries (or raspberries), drain juice and set aside Add enough water to juice to make 3 cups


    Heat water and juice to dissolve Jello. Cool. Fold in berries and add to the first layer. (after the first layer has set slightly)




    Recipe

    Layer 1:
    Heat the water with juice and dissolve Jello. Cool. Put this and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and
    blend well. Pour into your favorite mold or a 13 x 9 inch dish and refrigerate.

    Layer 2:
    Heat water and juice to dissolve Jello. Cool. Fold in berries and add to the first layer. (after the first layer has set slightly)
