    Grand Marnier Marinade

    6 Tbsp Grand Marnier (or other orange liqueur)
    1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    3 Tbsp honey
    2 tsp Asian chile sauce
    1 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp finely mince orange zest
    1/4 cup very finely minced ginger
    1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
    2 minced green onions



    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Use as a marinade for grilled vegetables, poultry, meat or fish.

    Yield: about 1 cup
