    Cornell Recipe Barbecue Marinade

    List of Ingredients

    5 Pieces of chicken or a large london broil:
    1 c Cider vinegar
    1/2 c Oil
    1 1/2 ts Poultry seasoning
    5 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    1 Egg


    Recipe

    Mix all ingredients, marinate chicken or meat for at least an hour, up to 24 hours.
