    Spicy Jerk Marinade

    List of Ingredients

    6 tb Vegetable oil
    1 c Soy sauce
    2 ts Finely minced garlic
    3/4 ts Ground ginger
    6 tb Brown sugar
    3 tb Sherry
    3 lb Lean meat, cut in strips
    Tabasco sauce (optional)

    Recipe


    Mix ingredients. Marinate in refregerator for at least 6 hours before drying.
