2 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup presliced green onions (from the salad bar)
2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) black or pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1 teaspoon chili powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
Recipe
In a large nonstick skillet, heat the 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat until hot. Add the onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the beans and chili powder and cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until very hot throughout.
