Blueberry: Blueberry Muffins II

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 3/4 cups plus 1 tablespoon flour, divided
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
Recipe
Toss blueberries with 1 tablespoon flour and set aside. Combine the rest of the flour with other dry ingredients and set aside. Beat egg and stir in sour cream and milk. Stir into flour until just combined but still lumpy.
Stir in blueberries just until evenly distributed. Fill 12 greased 2 1/2 inch muffin cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes, or until golden.
Makes 12 muffins.
