    1 egg, beaten
    2 cups of flour
    ½ cup of sugar
    ½ cup of melted butter
    ½ cup of heavy cream, unwhipped
    ¼ cup of coffee liqueur
    ¼ cup of Irish whiskey
    1 tablespoon of baking powder
    ½ teaspoon of salt

    Recipe



    Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).

    Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.

    Stir in the remaining ingredients, until moistened.

    Fill paper-lined muffin tins full.

    Bake in your oven for 20 minutes.
