    “Here’s a really quick, easy, and inexpensive dish that fits the bill for breakfast, lunch, dinner, a midnight snack, you name it!”

    List of Ingredients




    2 Cups cooked egg noodles (about 1 Cup uncooked)
    2 TB. butter
    1/2 Cup small curd low-fat cottage cheese
    1-2 tsp. CINNAMON SUGAR

    Recipe



    Boil the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain well. Toss the noodles with the butter. Top with the cottage cheese—either mound it atop the noodles or mix it in. Sprinkle with the CINNAMON SUGAR and enjoy.

    Prep. time: 2 minutes
    Cooking time: 10 minutes or so for the noodles
    Serves: 2
