    Jora Maria's Jambotta With Artichoke Hearts, Herb D'Italia or Spinach Basil Garlic Linguine

    List of Ingredients




    1 - Medium Onion julienne
    1 - Yellow Bell Pepper julienne
    1 - Red Bell Pepper julienne
    1 or 2 - Fresh Garlic Cloves, minced
    3 Tbls. - Olive Oil
    1 Tbls. - Basil
    1/4 Cup - Fresh Parsley
    1/4 Cup - Black Olives, sliced
    12 Oz. Can - Italian Tomatoes, chopped
    1 Tbls. - Sugar
    1 Cup - Dry Red Wine

    Recipe



    Saute onions, peppers and garlic in olive oil. Add other ingredients and white or black pepper to taste. Serve over DeCio Artichoke Hearts, Herb D'Italia or Spinach Basil Garlic Linguine and sprinkle with Parmigiana cheese.
