    1 lb. of penne pasta (cooked & drained)
    3 cups of crushed tomatoes
    1/2 cup of grated paremsan cheese
    6 minced garlic cloves
    1/4 cup of olive oil
    1/4 cup of Maison Nicolas Sauterne wine

    Recipe



    Saute the garlic cloves in the olive oil. Add the wine and then the tomatoes. Cook for 3 minutes. Reheat the pasta with a little olive oil before adding to the tomato mixture. Top with the parmesan before serving.
