    Spinach Manicotti

    8 oz. manicotti noodles, cooked al dente
    15 oz. ricotta cheese
    2 cups mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    10 oz. frozen spinach thawed and drained
    1 egg
    24 oz. spagetti sauce
    2 teaspoons oregano
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef (cooked and drained)

    Recipe



    In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the manicotti noodles and spaghetti sauce.

    Spoon the mixture into the cooked noodles and place in a greased 9" * 13" pan. Pour the sauce over the top of the pasta and cover with foil.

    Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

    * If you like, after 20 minutes you can sprinkle more shredded mozzarella on top and return to the oven for the last 10 minutes, uncovered.
