    Cream: Fudge-Topped Peanut Butter Cream Pie

    List of Ingredients

    1 6 oz ready shortbread pie crust
    1 4 serving size package of instant vanilla pudding and pie filling
    1 8 oz. sour cream
    3/4 cup of milk
    1 10 oz package of peanut butter chips, divided
    2 tbls. oil
    1 12 oz. jar Chocolate Fudge Topping


    Recipe

    Whisk together pudding mix, sour cream and milk in a med. bowl-set aside

    Place 1 1/3 cups peanut butter chips and oil in small microwave safe bowl. Micorwave on high 45 seconds, stir and run an additional 15 seconds, stir until smooth.

    Using a hand mixer on high speed, gradually add to pudding mixture, beat til smooth.
    Spread evenly in pie shell, top with the fudge topping.

    Cover and chill 6-8 hours
    Prior to serving, top with the remaining peanut butter chips.
