Nut: Harvest Nutty Fruit Pie

List of Ingredients

1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup coconut, shredded
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Garnish: 2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts



Recipe

Combine ingredients and pour into unbaked pie crust; bake at 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

After baking for 15 minutes, you may sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped roasted peanuts and finish baking.
